League Champ Meet - 2026
This will be a single-session meet with one session starting at 10am (warmup before)! Events will be swum in the same order as our regular meets this season, with all ages swimming in the same session.
Based on last year’s meet, we expect the last official swim to finish around 3:15pm. The coach & parent relays and the awards ceremony come after that, and we should be clear of the pool before 4pm. Stick around — those relays are always a highlight!
The meet will be at the Round Rock ISD Aquatic Center. It’s indoors and out of the sun, but not air conditioned (garage doors are open for air movement). The overflow area is on an outdoor lawn, so bring tents and chairs as needed.

Important to Know!
Location — This is our only away meet, and it’s in Round Rock! Please allow enough time to get there, park, and find the Barracudas schooling inside the pool area.
Parking — There’s plenty of parking around the school. Get there early for the best spots, and absolutely no parking on the grass.
Wrap-Up — Based on last year’s meet, we expect to finish and be clear of the pool before 4pm — including the coach & parent relays and the awards ceremony.
Relays — This meet is scored, and relays earn double points. We’ll build the relays so every age group has a chance to earn as many points as possible, which means we may have a few more swim-ups than usual. We strongly encourage swim-ups; they’re all but guaranteed a top-3 finish. If your swimmer would prefer not to, select “No swim-ups requested” during registration — though not swimming up may reduce their chance of swimming in a champs relay.
Entry Deadline — Wednesday at noon. The deadline is strict: there are absolutely no late entries or changes to individual entries once entries are merged. Relays may still change due to illness.
Food & Drinks — The meet runs over the lunch hour! Food trucks (tacos, pizza, Kona Ice) will be available for purchase. If you’d prefer something different, pack a small cooler with food and snacks. There is a zero-tolerance policy on alcohol — it’s school property.
Spectator Areas — Active volunteers only on the starter side of the competition pool, and no chairs on the far side of the competition pool. Please move in and out of the area so everyone gets a chance to watch their own swimmers!
