Fees & Requirements
What's Included
Coaching: Approximately 8 weeks of coached practices (see the practice schedule for age-group session times).
Meets: Entry into all AHSL dual meets and the end-of-season championship (invitational) meet, including entry fees.
Team T-Shirt: One team t-shirt per registered swimmer, ordered with registration.
Memory Mate Photo: One individual/team photo package per swimmer.
Season Celebration: End-of-season team party for swimmers.
League & Facility Costs: AHSL dues, meet operations, insurance, timing equipment, and pool/facility fees.
Barracudas Registration Fees
- $210 – first swimmer (BCW HOA resident)
- $190 – each additional swimmer (BCW HOA resident, when registered at the same time)

Non-BCW HOA residents add a $50 per-swimmer facility fee
This adjustment is included in the final registration total at checkout. - Returning BCW swimmers age 14 & over (age as of May 1) receive a $50 discount, applied automatically at checkout
- Each family is required to complete 4 volunteer points during the season
Team suits and additional required gear are not included in registration fees and must be purchased separately. See the Team Suit & Gear page for details. Optional merchandise — extra shirts, custom caps, and more — may be purchased during registration or anytime before the order deadline in the Team Store.
Volunteer Requirements
Because we are a volunteer-run organization, each family is required to complete a minimum of four (4) volunteer points during the season; each job's point value is shown when you sign up. A $150 conditional fee is pre-approved at registration — this is not a charge and not a hold on your card — and is charged only if the requirement is not met. Failure to meet the requirement may also result in denial of, or reduced priority for, future registration. Full details are on our Policies page.
Credit Card Only
Registration fees are credit card only. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us at [email protected] before registering — online registration cannot be completed without one unless prior arrangements are made.
