Hi Barracuda Families, 

We realized that many parents might not know how to reach out to the Board if something urgent comes up, which is understandable especially with a couple unconventional swim seasons and the number of new families this year.

If a meet is closed for entries and you need to scratch your swimmer, please email [email protected] as soon as you can. Include their name, age group, and details about the scratch when you message, so the Computers Team, Coaches, Relay Coordinator, or other Board can quickly begin to adapt the meet and heat sheet. Also let us know if the swimmer scratching will affect any volunteer shifts for your family.

Likewise, if a meet entry has closed and you’d like add a swimmer, an email to support can sometimes add a “deck entry” for individual events and notify the Relay Coordinator that a swimmer could sub in if another person scratches. No promises on additions, but we try our best.
