We're back with another Intrasquad update! We tried our best to have the meet Friday night but the weather didn't cooperate.  The meet has been rescheduled for this Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm, with the updated meet timeline below. 

Important:  We have re-opened volunteer job shifts and swimmer event entries so you can make changes if the rescheduled date/time no longer works for your family.  Please use the green buttons by the Intrasquad meet under "Swim Meets and Events" on the website to make any changes by 5:00 pm today, 5/3, so we can generate new relays and heat sheets.  

Note:  We will likely skip the individual medley events to save time. 

Meet Timeline (Sunday 5/4)

• Volunteers Arrival (please be on time)
  • Setup Crew: 2:45pm
  • Check-in: 3:00pm
  • AGP: 3:00pm
  • Timers/Stroke Judges/Ready Bench : 3:45
• 3:15pm - Swimmers Arrive
• 3:25pm - Warm-up starts
• • 3:25 - 3:35: 6 - 8s
  • 3:35 - 3:45: 9 - 10s
  • 3:45 - 3:55pm: 11 & up
• 3:55pm - Relay Swimmer check-in deadline @ checkin table
• 4:00pm - Meet starts
• 6:15pm meet finish (estimate). We will update estimated meet finish time on Sunday morning when we post heat sheets.

Team Photo: we will have the team photo next Saturday morning before the meet starts since hopefully more people will be able to make that one and we'd like to include as much of the team as possible.  Huge thank you to Erin Stolte for the team photo!  Individual photos coming up on Monday and Tuesday. 

Concessions:  our fabulous concessions team (thanks Erin and Kristin!) plan to be there on Sunday afternoon selling our famous ring pops to give kids a sugar boost for the meet and pizza if you want to make that your poolside dinner plan on Sunday. 

Merch/Gear:  Don't forget to wear your team swimsuit (our uniform) to the meet.  If you haven't picked up your team shirt (drive-fit style this year!), they'll be available at the meet as well as yard signs and other things for sale.  Thanks Laura!
