Champs this year is a SINGLE SESSION starting at 10am for ALL swimmers.

Location: Round Rock ISD Aquatic Center, 2801 Gattis School Rd, Round Rock, TX 78664 (Cedar Ridge high school campus)

Meet will be SCORED, with trophies for the top 3 teams and top 3 athletes in each age group!

Details -

• No qualifying times.
• Valid times required (No NTs, just like the old medal meet)
• Participate in 2 dual/tri meets during the regular season
• Heat ribbons, medals (top 20), and trophies (top 3 individual high point in each group, top 3 teams)
• There will be NO entry fees
• Must be in good standing as far as volunteer requirements.
• The pool is completely covered and “naturally ventilated” (not air conditioned) with garage type doors running along both sides of the pool. There are grass fields outside for tents.

Timeline -

• 9:00am - Facility opens for participants
• 9:30am - Warm-up - ALL TEAMS
• 10:00am - Anthem
• 10:05am - Meet start
• Estimated Meet completion: 3:00pm +/- 15 minutes

  • Setup Crew: 6:00am
  • AGP: 6:45am
  • Timers/Stroke Judges/Ready Bench : 7:50
  • All times are reporting for duty, not pulling into the parking lot
• 6:50am - Swimmers arrive
• 7:00am - Warm-up starts
  • 7:00 - ~7:05 - 6 - 8s
  • ~7:05 - 7:10 - 9 - 10s
  • ~7:10 - 7:20 - 11 & up
• 7:45am - Early Relay Swimmer check-in deadline
• 8:00am - Meet starts
